FileIntell1. License
JRICKSS Financial Services LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use FileIntell on computers you control, for your business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the software except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
2. Your own AI account and costs
FileIntell uses your own AI provider account and API key. You are responsible for your own usage and the costs billed to that account. Pricing for the AI provider is set by that provider, not by us.
3. How it works and your data
FileIntell runs on your computer. We do not receive your documents, clients, filing history, or API key. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use FileIntell lawfully and to ensure that processing your documents through a cloud AI provider is permitted by your own professional and client obligations.
5. Beta software
FileIntell is currently offered as a beta. It is provided to help you work faster, but it is a tool that proposes actions for your review. You remain responsible for verifying where documents are filed. Always review proposed matches before confirming, especially for sensitive matters.
6. No warranty
FileIntell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that classification will be error free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRICKSS Financial Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of FileIntell. Because you control your own storage and your own AI account, you are responsible for backups and for reviewing the software's proposals.
In all cases, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of JRICKSS Financial Services LLC for any claim relating to FileIntell will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Not professional advice
FileIntell organizes documents. It does not provide legal, tax, or immigration advice, and its output is not a substitute for professional judgment.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for a period that has already started. The Lifetime plan comes with a 14 day money back guarantee: if FileIntell is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. For the managed plans, where we provide the AI, a refund may be reduced by the cost of AI usage already used in the current period. To cancel or request a refund, email customerservice@jrickss.com.
10. Termination
You may stop using FileIntell at any time. This license ends if you breach these terms.
